Alternative Dispute Resolution


If any dispute arises regarding your reservation or use of our services that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may resort to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, namely:

  • European Online Dispute Resolution Platform:

  • Consumer arbitration entities recognized in Portugal (for example: CNIACC – National Center for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration).

These mechanisms allow disputes to be reviewed impartially and independently, without immediate recourse to the courts.
